We Require a $100.00 deosit and a 100.00 Entertainers fee - per Entertainer,
 no more then 10 days before the gig.

 You may cancel up to 48 hours before the gig, with a full refund, less the deposit.

you decide how many Entertainers you would like to book and we can set you up
with our finest Performers from the Dakota's.

We will need to check out the location of the show at least 24 hours before we are to open. This gives us the opportunity to see what sound system and lighting would be avalable for the show .. ( if we bring our own equiment it would be &175.00 more added to your bill for setup and tear down fee's

We will need a minimum of 3 hours to set up our equipment and a minimum of 2 hours to tear down. If you are renting a business location for your show, that is your responsibility to work it out with them as far as allowing us the time to get our equipment/props in and out.

If the location you are renting will not allow us to tear down till the next day due to business hours, we will charge an extra $100.00 for service fees. If this were to be the case outside of the 50-mile radius stated earlier, we will discuss all (if any) extra charges prior to booking.

if you have Your own DJ to play the music for the Entertainers ,they would have to be at the show 2 hours Prior to the starting of the show to test the performers music to make sure it is cued and plays on your system..and work out any bugs last minute..all entertainers will have there own cds Available upon arrival or if other arrangment have been worked out prior to the Event...
